Spelling IS Important

Hey Folks,

We asked Rachel Keane (29) what she dislikes most reading in a CV.

Rachel is the owner of POG, a great, great business that sells healthy food.

She is responsible for running 2 restaurants and currently manages 30 employees. According to Rachel she is not open to engaging with CVS with bad English/ bad spelling and a random CV, for example the person is applying to a barista position with a curriculum that says 10 years working as an electrician and nothing else!

Yeah! As simple as;

If you are planning to change profession, at least make it clear in your CV your motivation to start working on something new!
