Our Product
Applying for jobs is much easier these days thanks to online applications. However, as a result, recruiters now receive a flood of digital VCs for every vacancy.
You may had made the experience when weeks have passed after you applied for a job, and you still haven’t had any positive responses. Why is your CV being ignored?
The reason is Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). An ATS creates shortlists from thousands of candidates on a recruiter’s database. If the ATS doesn’t understand your CV, it won’t select it. In fact, ATS reject up to 75% of CVs before they even get to human!
We have built a technology that review your CV and your digital footprint across all social media sites to give you a score and as well positive as negative signals for a specific job or range of jobs.
