Good evening everyone, we hope you are having a fabulous Tuesday!

Breaking news here; we talked to Willian today about what is most important thing to him when he is analyzing a CV.

Willian is responsible in the recruitment of the Noel group.

And if you're wondering about Noel...

Noel Recruitment celebrates 27 years of experience of recruiting candidates on the market for many of the world's most prestigious companies, as well as some of Ireland's best small to medium sized enterprises. In fact, since 1987, we have grown to become one of Ireland's largest permanent, contract and temporary staff with offices in Dublin, Waterford, Galway, Cork, Limerick and Kildare. ( Wow)

According to Willian, the work experience is what he most focuses on when analyzing a CV.

We asked him what a person who does not have much experience should do then!??

According to Willian, the best thing to be done is to be honest about it!

William said it is very usual to find resumes with company names that he can not find online, which is a strong indication that he may not even exist!!

Yeah folks, try to be creative; how about some extra curricular activities that can give an up in your CV? But do not create false work experiences as the chances that you will get away with this are really small!

We hope you guys liked this post and see you in the next post!

Ps.: Even though this is a student project, the interview is real, with actual data.
