How We Came Up With This Business

Today we going to tell you how we came up with creating this business.

Everything begun with an own experience. Dominic, Adrian and me (Laine) finished in 2017 our Masters in International Business and Machine Engendering. We all were excited and full of enthusiasms to apply for jobs in well-known companies.

But the disillusionment came faster than expected. Dominic waited weeks for feedback. Adrian and I got a rejection. We all had a good degree and have already done some internships. Why didn’t we get a job offer? Pretty frustrated, we met in a bar one evening and wondered what the reason could be that we were not even invited to the job interview. None of us! We researched a bit and found that many companies use APS systems. The CV is crucial, dear readers! This fact led us to the idea of creating a system that outsmarted the APS system. We were thrilled with this idea and developed the first prototypes. Now we have founded this company and are self-employed. None of us could imagine working in a company as an employee any more. But our mission is to help you get your dream job in your dream company.
